Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including completing paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Ensure new hires have the necessary tools, equipment, and access to required systems.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases with accurate and current information.
- Assist in organizing and archiving HR-related documentation.
- Support in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Labor laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries, provide information, and direct them to appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
- Handle basic employee relations issues and escalate more complex matters to senior HR staff.
- Assist in identifying training needs and arranging training sessions or programs.
- Maintain training records and track employee development.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- Aid employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Support the performance review process by collecting and organizing performance appraisal documents.
- Help communicate performance-related information to employees and management.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management and regulatory purposes.
