JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure quality and reliability of software products.
• Identify and report defects, conduct comprehensive testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct various types of testing (functional, regression, integration and performance testing) to identify and resolve defects to deliver flawless software products for Pakam’s user.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of testing objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor and analyse test results and report defects using appropriate bug tracking systems.
• Provide feedback on software usability and user experience to improve product design and functionality.
• Ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing software performance.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT KPI

• Familiarity with various techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate defects effectively.
• Detailed oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and reliable testing outcomes
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Maintain a defect rate of less than X% in the delivered software products.
• Timely delivery of tasks (submission of bug reports)

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a software Experience tester.
