Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Construct and manage mixed-asset investment portfolios to drive investment returns.
- Manage portfolio risk in line with mandates.
- Appraise investment opportunities across asset classes.
- Prepare and present investment performance reports.
- Communicate with stakeholders on market conditions and economic trends.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of the Nigerian capital market and securities regulations.
- Good understanding of investment strategies and risk management.
- Minimum three years experience in managing investment portfolios.
- Familiarity with non-interest finance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- High level of numeracy and Strong analytical skills.
- Presentation and report writing skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented.
- Good record in Investment / Portfolio management and expertise in analysis and execution of trade of all types of securities.
- A global perspective and mastery of local and international financial services dynamics.
- Strong ethics and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education
- Master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline.
- Passed CFA level 1 exam – minimum requirement
