Purpose Statement

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for sales implement investment drives and strategies to grow deposit/investment mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the investment affiliate channel aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates, leveraging diverse channels (e.g., bloggers, influencers, coupon websites) and grow affiliate network to 1,000 active affiliates.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with affiliates to ensure program success.
• Develop and maintain program guidelines, terms & conditions, and commission structures.
• Track and analyze program performance using relevant metrics (clicks, conversions, sales).
• Generate and present regular reports on program performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (growth, marketing, sales, product) to ensure program alignment and success.
• Develop strategies to negotiate deals, manage partner relationships, and derive tangible investment opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and continuous improvement in affiliate marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience in managing affiliate networks, partnerships, and campaigns.
• Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
