Job Summary
- We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting food, supplies, and equipment to and from our restaurant.
- As a Truck driver you will have to empty/refill to truck from the goods transported.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Transportation: Safely operate vehicle to transport goods, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling of goods.
- Inventory Management: Verify and manage inventory, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle maintenance, such as checking oil, tire pressure, and brakes.
- Compliance: Comply with all relevant regulations, including food safety and transportation laws.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, interacting with vendors, staff, and management.
Requirements
- Clean driving record.
- Experience: 3+ year of experience as a truck driver, preferably in the food industry.
- Physical Demands*: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and spend long hours driving.
- Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Qualification:Ond/Nce.
