- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects during the planning phase, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure expenditures remain within allocated limits.
- Tender Preparation & Evaluation: Prepare tender documents, analyze contractor bids, and recommend the best options for project execution.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Valuation & Payment: Conduct valuations for progress payments to contractors and prepare interim and final payment certificates.
- Cost Control: Track and analyze project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential project risks and propose cost-effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and procuring materials and services, negotiating with suppliers for competitive pricing.
- Project Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports, cash flow projections, and financial updates to management and stakeholders.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle contractual disputes and claims efficiently to minimize project delays and financial impact.
