Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditures to optimize financial performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

Key Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
