Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and qualified Investment Manager to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, finance, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential investments
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, investors, and other stakeholders
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and other materials to support investment decisions
• Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement investment strategies
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g. RICS, CFA) preferred
• 5 years of experience in real estate investments, finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Summary

• We seek an experienced and qualified Head of Accounting to lead our accounting team
• The successful candidate will oversee all accounting aspects, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience working in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) required
• 8 – 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Experience working in the real estate industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
