Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing:
- Cash Handling: Manage cash, credit, and digital payments, provide change, and issue receipts.
- Ensure correct pricing by scanning products or manually entering codes when necessary.
- Follow store policies for fraud prevention, cash drawer balancing, and loss prevention.
- Balance the cash register at the end of shifts and report any discrepancies to the manager.
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND or NCE qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and POS knowledge
- Customer service experience is a plus.
