Job Summary: 

• We are seeking an energetic and smart Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a warm welcome, expertly guiding them through our products, and closing sales.

• Greet and welcome customers while establishing immediate rapport and building long-lasting relationships and customer engagement.
• Introduce products in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Effectively close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and engage with potential leads.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and attractive product displays.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
• Must reside in Lekki, Ajah axis.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
