Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Appointment Scheduling:
- Manage spa appointment book and scheduling system.
- Coordinate and confirm client appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle changes or cancellations in the appointment schedule.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Efficiently check clients in and out for their appointments.
- Collect payment for services rendered and process transactions accurately.
- Provide receipts and information about additional services or products.
Phone and Email Communication:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information, address inquiries, and assist with appointment scheduling via phone or email.
Client Relations:
- Build positive relationships with clients to enhance their spa experience.
