Job Description
- Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive credit risk policies and procedures.
- Lead the credit assessment process , establishing and maintaining robust leading criteria.
- Oversee portfolio monitoring and analysis, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Manage regulatory reporting and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Build and motivate a high-performing credit risk team, fostering a culture of risk awareness and responsible decision making.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must have at least 4 years experience in credit risk and portfolio management in a CBN licensed financial institution.
- Candidate must have experience in credit and financial analysis.
- Professional qualifications such as MCP,credit risk management certifications will be an added advantage.
- Teamwork and Leadership skills
- Candidate must reside in lagos.
