Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions.
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Assist in maintaining accurate and complete financial records for all sales transactions
• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
• Work with bookkeeping software.
• Compile and analyze data.
• Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about the Finance department and office operations.
• Participate in financial audits
• Review and implement financial policies
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
• And perform all other duties as assigned by management

Key Requirements:

• OND in Accounting from a reputable academic institution
• Pre/Post-NYSC experience in an accounting or financial booking-keeping role
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting principles and procedures
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Highly motivated and have a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
