Qualifications and Experience:

• HND/BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in business development and operations management, specifically in the logistics and delivery services sector.
• Strong understanding of rider operations and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
