JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop marketing plan for the business and ensure that the plans are implemented to time and budget
• Develop customer understanding and relationships.
• Initiate strategies for maintaining a continuous level of engagement between the organization and its audience.
• Employ strategies to create partnerships between the organization and its clients rather than consider the relationship to be merely transitional.
• Ensure that there is a mechanism or level of communication in place to guarantee that the customer’s voice, views and concerns will always be heard and addressed.
• Other generalized tasks may include product development and distribution, writing of contract, proposals presentations and meeting with potential new clients.
• Managing the firm’s relationship with existing clients (Private and corporate) and initiate and develop new relationships
• Liase with and assist finance to ensure that corporate clients remain well within their credit limits.
• Enhance the company’s digital marketing platforms, monitoring activities across the different and relevant social media platforms.
• Any other assignments as instructed by your supervisor.
