Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and lead our financial operations.
• The CFO will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s finances, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s finance team
• Oversee all financial reporting and accounting functions
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Manage the company’s treasury and cash flow
• Build and maintain relationships with investors
• Developing and executing a fund-raising strategy, pitching to potential investors, and managing the due diligence process
• Work with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement the company’s overall business strategy
• Implement operational best practices to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a fast-growing technology company
• Possess relevant professional certifications
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Experience with treasury and cash flow management
• Experience with investor relations and fund-raising
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry trends and regulations.
• Analytical skills for tracking and presenting information, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
