Role Description

• The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations within the company.
• They will develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the company’s personnel, assets, and facilities.
• Additionally, the Chief Security Officer will collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to mitigate security risks and threats to the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in security management, law enforcement, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
• Ability to assess and identify security risks and threats and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to security
• Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus.
