Job Description:

We’re in search of a friendly and attentive person to assist us in sourcing and vetting delivery agents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with potential delivery agents via Zoom.
• Assess the risks and honesty of potential delivery agents.
• Fill out verification forms with our verification company to ensure all KYC documents are accurate and genuine.
• Call guarantors of delivery agents to verify their identities.
• Keep detailed records of all verification and interview processes.
• Maintain detailed records of the verification process.
• Establish and uphold relationships with agents.
• Ensure agents handle money collected during deliveries responsibly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong risk assessment and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• A keen attention to detail.
• The capacity to confidentially manage private information.
