Job Description: 

We seek a motivated and knowledgeable Dental Surgeon Assistant to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting our dental surgeons during procedures, ensuring smooth operations within the clinic, and enhancing our online community through engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dental surgeons during various procedures, including surgeries, examinations, and treatments.
• Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment according to safety and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in their administration.
• Engage with patients to provide information, answer questions, and create a welcoming environment.
• Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care instructions.
• Participate in the management of the dental clinic\’s social media accounts, contributing to content creation, health tips, patient stories, and promoting our services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote our services and enhance patient engagement.

Qualifications:

• OND/HND dental technician or assistant, BSc dental nursing; completion of a dental assistant program is also acceptable.
• Previous experience in a dental assistant role; knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for creating engaging social media content.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) for marketing purposes.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced clinical environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and organization skills.
