Job Responsibilities

• Having good knowledge of VFFs and HFFs packaging machines.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment like MCB, MPCB, and Temperature Controller.
• Knowledge of problematic equipment: Solenoid Valve, Air Valve, Connectors, etc.
• Can perform packing machine changeovers.
• Preventive maintenance of machine mechanical on both sides.
• Knowledge of Strater Contractor, Thermocouple. Responsible for periodic oiling and greasing of the machines.
• Maintenance of the log books and update to floor manager.
• Predictive and Reactive maintenance of the machine.
• Planned and Unplanned maintenance of the machine’s mechanical side.
• Maintaining the record of spare consumed by machine and updating the floor manager.
• Total productive maintenance of the machine’s mechanical side.
• Operation & maintenance of nitrogen plant.
• And others as assigned by the direct report manager.

Qualification

• Minimum educational standard: Trade Test, SSCE, OND, B.Sc., and HND in Engineering either Electrical or Mechanical related.

Experience: 

• Minimum of Three (3) years Upwards in similar roles (Mechanical) experience majorly in Food and other Manufacturing Industries
