Estate Management Officer
Overview
- Handle and execute day-to-day operations and management of residential & commercial properties of the bank.
- Sourcing for properties and having up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.
- Interact and ensure smooth relationships between tenants and owners.
- Building a supply of exclusive mandates.
- The property manager is responsible for managing, supervising, coordinating, and overseeing all logistics and administrative activities on site. He/she will also ensure client satisfaction, building a relationship between the tenants, the facility team, and landlords.
Responsibilities
- Determining the value of all descriptions of landed property and estimating the economic worth of the Landed Property
- Feasibility and viability studies of all mortgage properties of the bank
- Assist with architectural drawing and BOQ of any property to be renovated
- Leasing, Rent, and Sales of properties.
- Prepare weekly updates and engineering certification for all building and renovations of all mortgaged property, either owned or lease
- Property management and maintenance coordination.
- Work with Branch Expansion and Facility manager for proper management of all mortgaged property
- Give weekly / Monthly Report on all Outstanding Rents
- Calculate Service charge and Ensure compliance from tenants
- Ensure all bills (PHCN, Security, Cleaning) are settled promptly
- Analysis of structure and conditions of buildings and their services and advising on their maintenance alteration and improvement;
- Valuation of property/assets for various purposes
- Generate and support new business opportunities
- Assist in Mortgage valuation of the bank collateral about the credit facility.
- Cooperate in the development of the Housing facility of the staff and client.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Architecture, Estate Management, Building / Civil Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Professional certification in HSE is an added advantage
