Responsibilities:

• Disbursement and collection of loans for a Microfinance Institution
• Conducting thorough credit assessments of potential borrowers
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure timely repayment
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with lending activities
• Meeting targets for loan disbursement and collections
• Providing excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of SSCE, NCE, ND, HND, or BSc degree
• Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Knowledge of financial principles and lending practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus
