Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with organisation’s bankers and ensure funds are efficiently managed to support organisation’s cash flow requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective financial controls for the organisation. Regularly assess and improve the organisation’s financial controls and procedures.
• Develop and ensure adherence to the organisation’s finance and administration guidelines at all times.
• Keep up-to-date of the changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• Any other related duties as required by management.

Educational Requirement

• At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA is desirable.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance roles.
• Proven expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
• A thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting bookkeeping and financial management
• Auditing practices, budgeting practices, and principles
• Proficient in accounting packages
