Role Description

• This is a volunteer role as a Health Program Manager at Better You Africa Initiative.
• As a Health Program Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of health programs.
• This includes developing and implementing program strategies, monitoring program progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and evaluating program effectiveness.
• This is a hybrid role, based in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Program Management and Program Development skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of community health issues and interventions
• Experience in health program planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Ability to work in a diverse team and collaborate effectively
• Passionate about education and community health awareness
• Experience working in a non-profit or volunteer organization is a plus
• Fluency in additional languages spoken in Lagos is a plus

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management within the non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and procurement.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
