Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Exposure: Gain hands-on experience by rotating through different departments or teams to gain a holistic understanding of our startup’s operations and culture.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to your projects, and share your insights with the team.
• Sales Operations:
• Support the sales team by creating and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure efficient sales processes and accurate data management.
• Data Management:
• Maintain and organize revenue-related data in CRM systems or databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and product development, to support revenue initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, etc.).
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Experience (1-2 years) in a revenue operations, sales operations, or data analysis role is a positive.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proactive, results-driven, and a keen interest in revenue optimization.
