Head, People & Growth Officer (HPGO)
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan to support business growth and client needs.
- Lead the business development efforts for HR advisory services and recruitment solutions.
- Drive the implementation of a Training & Innovation Program by February 2025.
- Oversee and improve employee engagement, culture transformation, and performance management.
- Revamp the payroll structure for all subsidiaries by mid-February 2025.
- Develop and roll out a Career Progression Framework and Promotion Policy by January 2025.
- Launch three Employee Engagement & Culture Transformation Initiatives by February 2025.
- Establish an HR Calendar for all activities within the year by January 2025.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8-12 years of HR leadership experience in consulting, advisory, technology, or outsourcing industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is a plus.
