Role Description

• The HSE Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of all personnel offshore while drilling operations are ongoing.
• He or She will be saddled with the responsibilities of ensuring safety protocols, regulatory compliance, risk management, emergency response and the safety of all drill crew and all support personnel.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification in any of the Engineering/Sciences or any other discipline from a reputable university
• 10 or more years of offshore drilling experience as HSE or Safety Officer,
• Valid NEBOSH or IOSH and other safety certifications.
• Valid HSE 1,2 & 3
• Valid BOSIET
• Valid medical fitness certificate /vaccination
• Membership of NISP (Nigerian Institute Of Safety Professionals) will be an added advantage.
