• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Expertise in designing and implementing L&D programs.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• High proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is preferred.
