Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their unique HR needs and providing expert guidance and support.
  • Manage our clients’ employee database.
  • Effectively oversee high-volume recruitment processes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and off boarding.
  • Develop a database of suitable candidates for future job openings
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events 
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our clients’ business objectives and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough HR needs assessments for clients, identifying areas for improvement and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive and attractive packages are in place.
  • Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in the outsourcing industry, and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and seamless integration with other business functions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports to assist clients in making informed workforce decisions.
  • Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and fostering a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus.
  • At least, 2 years of proven experience as HR Executive in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Solid understanding of HR Practices, policies, and employment laws. 
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex HR concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to influence and drive positive change.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities, with a focus on strategic thinking.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CIPM, CIPD) are highly desirable.
