Job Description
- The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
- This role is essential in ensuring that our workforce is motivated, engaged, and aligned with our company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and best practices.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer performance management systems and address employee performance issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, must be between the age of 35 to 45,must be a female who is currently married.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws: Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and address employee-related issues effectively.
- Recruitment Skills: Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Performance Management: Experience in developing and managing performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- HR Software Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships across the organization and to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and improve HR processes effectively.
- Confidentiality: High level of professionalism and discretion to handle sensitive information.
