Responsibilities:

Delivery Operations:

• Pick up and deliver packages to designated locations within the assigned area.
• Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transportation.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and timelines.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers and address any delivery-related inquiries.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any discrepancies.
• Collect necessary documentation, such as signatures and payments, as required.

Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the assigned delivery area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
