Internal HR Executive
Job Summary:
- The HR Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring that HR practices are effectively implemented and aligned with company policies and objectives.
- The role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits, training, and development programs while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances in compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Performance Management:
- Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and employee evaluations.
- Track and monitor employee performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate employee training programs and workshops to ensure professional growth and skill development.
- Identify training needs in consultation with department heads and arrange appropriate training sessions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits programs, and employee incentives.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursement and benefits-related issues.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
HR Strategy & Projects:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support HR-led projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity programs, and culture-building activities.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Skill of data management
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
