• As a Pandora Agency Creative Designer Intern, your role will focus on crafting innovative and visually appealing designs that align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
• You’ll work closely with the team to conceptualize and execute designs for social media, campaigns, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in all visual outputs.
• position requires a blend of artistic talent, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail to create designs that captivate audiences, elevate brand identity, and communicate key messages effectively.  

Responsibilities

• Assist in studying design briefs and determining requirements.
• Support the scheduling of projects and defining creative priorities.
• Collaborate to conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare drafts and contribute to idea presentations.
• Learn and assist in developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
• Apply appropriate colors, layouts, and design principles to each project.
• Work alongside copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs.
• Test graphics across various media platforms.
• Incorporate feedback into revised designs.
• Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• A keen interest in creative design, with some prior experience or coursework in graphic design (experience with motion design is a plus).
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
• A strong willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• A flair for video editing and animation is a bonus.
• A creative eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work within a team.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
