Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Officer located in Port Harcourt. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for desktop computers, printers and other IT facilities including web applications.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Information Technology and cyber security

Job Description
- Review of invitation to tender documents
- Gathering of Tender/Project/ Contract Information
- Identifying Legal and Statutory Requirements for specified tender scope
- Preparing Call for Tender / Invitation to Tender Documents
- Packaging of technical proposal
- Packaging of commercial proposal
- Work closely with clients to ensure bid completion within specified timeline
- Ensure bid submission/ Tender Delivery, as maybe approved or directed by the Process Manager
- Act as an active member of the Tender Development Team
- Provide professional guide to clients on tender and contract management related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field
- Tender Management and Procurement skills
- Ability to analyze data and contracts
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
