Job Purpose
- To provide first level contact and convey resolutions to internal customer issues. To escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support. To track, route and redirect issues to the right owners.
Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to internal customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Update internal customer data and produce activity reports
- Walk internal customers through problem solving process
- Follow up with internal customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of issues
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
- Perform administrative work such as raising payment for vendors and managing imprest
- Perform other administrative functions as assigned

- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control

Requirements
- A minimum of any technical training is required

Job Purpose
- To ensure preventative maintenance culture towards a zero down time of assets, equipment’s etc. and ultimately delivering excellent internal customer service satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
General Maintenance
- Monitor the general conditions of company buildings and equipment to ensure high quality appearance and performance
- Evaluate needs and make repairs where qualified
- Perform minor repairs to electrical equipment, plumbing, roofing and gutters, interior and exterior paint
- Complete preventative maintenance and repair to HVAC, overhead doors, dock levellers, automobiles, and residential houses
- Follow an established service for preventative maintenance of equipment, warehouses, facilities, and company properties
- Conduct exterior preventative maintenance and other related tasks
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
- Compile a log of all service and maintenance activity
- Comply with safety and health regulations
- Ensure handling of hazardous materials such as paints, solvents, chemicals, and fertilizers complies with state and federal regulations

Knowledge Requirements
- Knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, services and general landscaping and lawn care
