Job Description
- Monitor all banking activities to detect irregularities.
- Timely rendition of daily/ weekly/ Monthly reports.
- Daily reconciliation of bank balances in various banks
- Analyzing data regarding bank accounts
- Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank reports to bank statements.
- Reconcile and process transactions that are complex in nature.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits to the bank(s)
- Assist auditor with documentation required for the auditors to do their job satisfactorily.
- Continuously follow up on all transactions continuously and provide updates to the management.
- Reconcile discrepancies in different accounts.
- Identify the root cause of any discrepancies and eliminate them to prevent further variances.
- Continuously implement ways to improve reconciliation processes and controls.
- Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities.

Job Description
- Food Safety Compliance: Ensure that all food handling, storage, and preparation activities adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of food products, ingredients, and kitchen equipment to ensure that they meet established quality standards. Identify and report any deviations or non-compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control checks, food safety protocols, and any corrective actions taken. This includes temperature logs, sanitation records, and quality checklists.
- Training: Assist in training kitchen staff on food safety protocols and quality control standards. Ensure that employees are aware of and follow the required procedures.
- Product Testing: Conduct sensory evaluations, such as taste and texture assessments, to ensure the consistency of food products and make necessary adjustments.
- Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming ingredients and materials. Manage the receipt and inspection of supplies to confirm their adherence to quality standards.
- Audits and Inspections: Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits and inspections by regulatory authorities. Address any findings or recommendations in a timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in food safety and quality control processes and assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Health and Safety: Promote and enforce workplace safety practices among kitchen staff to prevent accidents and injuries.
