Job Description
- We are looking to engage a QA/QC Engineer, who will support the Project Quality Manager (PQM) in order to check the correct implementation of procedures and work instructions related to quality control and Inspection and Test Plans.
- To support the Engineering department in defining all quality requirements in the Sub-Contractor/Vendor requisition. Interface with Construction Manager (CM) and/or Site Manager (SM) (for onshore assignments) and Hook-Up Manager {HUM} (during offshore erection), Client, and Third-Party representative (if necessary).
Responsibilities
- Ensure that pertinent project procedures and dedicated ITPs applicable to Quality Control are implemented as well as dedicated site inductions and training sessions on their application pursued and recorded.
- Support Project Quality Manager during Project Quality Audits and ensure that Site Surveillance Plans are performed and recorded accordingly.
- To ensure that Non Destructive Evaluation resources are assigned to non-destructive testing, estimating workloads and informing Project Quality Manager based on priorities and operative conditions established.
- To guarantee the proper issuing and filing of quality control reporting and “red mark-up” transmission to RPL Project Engineering Manager, collected by Construction personnel.
- To ensure that quality records are established and maintained in duly manner till project completion and hand-over to Client.
- To support the Project Quality Manager and Construction Manager during mechanical completion phase.
- Update the Project Non-conformity/Corrective Action register and ensure punctual follow-up providing feedbacks to the Project Quality Manager on its status.
- To witness all Factory Acceptance Test activities on all Procured Materials/Equipments
- To support Project Quality Manager in preparation and distribution on a periodic basis, relevant Key performance Indicators aimed to ensure that Quality metrics are controlled and monitored (i.e., welding rejection rate, Non Destructive Evaluation, defects rates, etc.).
- Ensure that traceability reports and welding register are duly filled in proper and timely manner. Highlight potential gaps and opportunities during project execution and identify any improvements.
- Adhere to Rosetti-Pivot Ltd. Code of Ethics as contained in the HR Policy Manual (latest edition).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related disciplines.
- Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001 (IRCA Recognized Course) – Latest edition.
- Certified as minimum ASNT Lev. 2 in UT, MPI, and RT (to be confirmed in accordance with specific project and client requirements).
- Certified CSWIP 3.1 and/or AWS.
- Desirable NACE Lev. 2 or BGAS.
- Knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, 31.4 and B&PVC Section V & IX, ASTM Codes & Standards etc.
- Detail-oriented, organized, problem-solver, time management, great communications skills.
- Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations.
- Certified BOSIET or HUET and basic firefighting.
- Minimum of 8+ years experience in Oil and Gas Companies.

Job Description
- We are seeking to engage a Planner, who will manage the project Contract Master Schedule (CMS) and will guarantee the feasibility of matching the project contractual key dates.
- He will collaborate with the Project team to issue a Project CMS in line with approved standard processes, methods, and progress measuring criteria that will efficiently control the Project in terms of time and resourcing.
Responsibilities
- Verify congruity and competencies detail and construction engineering with a view to the execution phase;
- Actively implements on the project the standard Company software.
- Guarantees that CMS and its updates reflects current best strategy for project execution co-divided with Project Team.
- Periodically interfaces with Cost Controller and Project Control Manager to provide them with the progress information necessary for the process of approval for the subcontractor’s cost report.
- Establishes with the Project Control Manager the main indications for the progress monitoring system.
- Responsible for issuing the Project CMS and implementing all supporting documentation necessary to the progress measurement (DDL, Procurement Plan, Construction work packages).
- Owner of the Contract Master Schedule (CMS) based upon the project-specific Division of Work (DOW) interfaces and expected site labour productivity.
- Ensures that contractual and internal milestones are indicated and monitored in the Contract Master Schedule for all project phases.
- Regularly reviews and monitors the progress of the project. When potential problems are identified, suggests the proper measures be taken and provides additional detailed planning to suggest effective action is taken to avoid or remedy any impacts.
- Develops the (CMS) Level 4 integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) schedule based on contract requirements in cooperation with all involved parties, such as Project Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Managers, and obtains their commitment to a Common Target Schedule.
Requirements
- Managed a minimum of 8 complex Oil & Gas EPC Projects schedules (5-6 years experience).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with Project Planner software (i.e Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc).
- Excellent ability in the use of spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
