Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the pathology equipment segment. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our market presence by promoting and selling our range of pathology equipment to healthcare facilities, laboratories, and research institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including laboratory managers, pathologists, and procurement officers.
- Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our pathology equipment, addressing customer needs and objections.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with technical support and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Training and Education: Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of pathology equipment to maximize their investment and ensure optimal performance.
- Proficient in MS word, pivot, data analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the medical equipment or pathology segment.
- Strong understanding of pathology equipment and laboratory workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the region/territory.
