Job Purpose

• Daily updating of bin cards, gather data and capture information timely and accurate manner from various sources into databases.
• This also include extracting information from business units and storing hard copies.

Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gathering suppliers’ invoices/waybill, GTN for all Pie Production Units, Central kitchen & Chicken Republic stores, respectively.
• Type in data provided directly from customers.
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
• Verify data by comparing it to source document i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
• Update existing data i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
• Identify errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
• Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
• Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge Requirements

• High proficiency in data entry techniques.
• Strong fluency with excel formulas and functions.

Job Specifications

• BA, BS or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
• 0-3+ years of warehouse or other relevant experience.

• Maintain standard of health, safety and hygiene

Working Conditions

• Jobholder typically work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although some roles may involve weekend or evening work.
• This role is both office and field(warehouse) based and has some occasional physical demands such as lifting stock items that weigh over 10kg if the need arises and walking round the warehouse to ensure the effective monitoring.

Job Purpose

• To design, implement and co-ordinate compliance activities across the business to assure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures, rule and regulation as well as statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include;

Risk & Quality Monitoring

• Ensure and monitor store compliance to Company policies, procedures and systems
• Monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations to ensure the satisfactory resolution of identified significant issues
• Conduct OSC – Operations Standard Compliance on stores to ensure compliance to store standards
• Ensure follow up on gaps identified Monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations to ensure the satisfactory resolution of identified significant issues
• Ensure and monitor company’s compliance to statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely filling of all statutory documents to respective government agencies

Reporting & Recommendations

• Proactively identify trends and issues from audit findings and formulate recommendations for improving compliance and addressing identified weaknesses/gaps across all locations/markets in which the company operates
• Report on company’s compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), SEC, NAFDAC , Government Agencies, etc.
• Develop and maintain the company’s Quality Management system, ensuring full compliance with its guidelines and a consolidated uniform approach across the company
• Report variance and ensure proper follow up

Requirements

• A good first degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role is required
• Membership of the ICAN, CITN, ACCA, CIS or any other related professional qualification is an added advantage
