Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry news and emerging social media platforms to leverage new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Method of Application

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on the site.
  • Ensure that work is carried out according to the approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
  • Conduct safety briefings and promote a safe working environment.
  • Track progress against the project schedule.
  • Ensure that materials meet specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address design or construction issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Keep a record of all changes and variations to the original construction plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations.
  • Oversee site surveying and layout activities to ensure accurate positioning of structures and elements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bsc/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology.
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings, AutoCAd and ORION, Microsoft projects, Word and Excel.
