Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry news and emerging social media platforms to leverage new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Method of Application
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on the site.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to the approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
- Conduct safety briefings and promote a safe working environment.
- Track progress against the project schedule.
- Ensure that materials meet specifications and are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address design or construction issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Keep a record of all changes and variations to the original construction plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations.
- Oversee site surveying and layout activities to ensure accurate positioning of structures and elements.
Key Requirements:
- Bsc/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology.
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, AutoCAd and ORION, Microsoft projects, Word and Excel.
