Job Summary
- Our client is seeking for an experienced Performance Reporting Analyst (Mis Carrier Business) that will manage voice business pricing, routing, business performance analysis and reporting and budget planning for the international Wholesale Voice Business.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring and monitoring routing quality of all international voice destinations.
- Providing strategic business direction on growing Regular/Wholesales business.
- Evaluating suppliers/partners strength to determine those services that best meet the company’s needs.
- Pricing, tracking and managing all international route costs based on market trends.
- Managing relationships with existing customers and suppliers on a day-to-day basis
- Managing sales margin on a customer level by actively looking for new/extra margin through selling Hubbing minutes.
- Reporting-Daily revenue Trends and Rate Analysis/Billing.
- Developing an extensive relationship with new potential, valuable customers/suppliers globally.
- Liaising with the Rates, Carrier Relations, Domestic Sales and NOC teams on pricing issues and Hubbing business decisions.
- Keep track of new developments in the international voice market with respect to available service technologies, pricing, service levels, and regulatory environment.
- Weekly monitoring of Unit deals to keep an eye on deliverables.
- Business Development and Relationship Management and Forecasting.
- Pricing and Strategy, Rate Negotiations, Voice Quality Assurance and internal control.
- Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects.
- Increase Revenue of Gateway and Reduce Termination cost to the barest minimum each month.
- Ensuring that routes/destinations are profitable by assisting in finding least cost and effective routes.
- Ensuring Operational activities are done timely each day with or without supervision.
Key Performance Indicators and Deliverables
- Measure the percentage of milestones achieved as per the long-term business plan and budget.
- Track Revenue Growth from International Voice Sales.
- Pricing and Margin Optimization by ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Track the reduction in termination and transmission costs as a percentage of total costs.
- Employee (Account managers) Performance and Goal Alignment.
Education, Qualification and Experience
- M.Sc in Business Administration
- 7-10 years of experience preferably in the telecommunications with a carrier or an operator.
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of data management tools especially excel.
- Ability to work independently.
- Business management/economics experience.

- Our client is seeking for an experienced IP Engineer that will manage SCB IP/MPLS BB and Enterprises N/W Service Delivery and Field Support Operations.
Responsibilities
- Completing assigned duties in relation to planning and optimization of existing IP/MPLS network setup.
- Monitoring, tuning, dimensioning and forecasting expansions of IP/MPLS network or its components (including international/national peering platforms and caching/filtering/load-balancing platforms) based on traffic growth trends.
- Troubleshooting SCB IP/MPLS network related issues and deploying corrective measures.
- Creating and keeping up to date technical documentation and diagrams for IP/MPLS network setup.
- Completing assigned duties in regards to planning and deployment of IP based services within existing IP/MPLS network,
- Initiating and managing projects in terms of planning, deployment and optimization of new IP based services.
- Troubleshooting core IP network related issues and deploying corrective measures.
- Deploying network control solutions, planning hardware and software upgrades, cooperation with vendor engineers in identifying and resolving complex hardware and software problems, and performing migrations of equipment and interfaces as per need.
- Plan system monitoring mechanisms that rapidly detect and block any security intrusion and service assaults.
- Deployment of peering with global network providers for both local and upstream.
- Deployment and operations of all peering connectivity with CDN providers across the globe.
Key Performance Indicator and Deliverables
- Providing 3rd level technical support within a multi-vendor environment within SLA/KPI.
- Work with a team on an out-of-hours on-call support Network Restoration.
- Troubleshoot logged faults and isolate the cause to minimise impacts.
- Support the implementation of new equipment along with the maintenance of existing systems.
Education, Qualification and Experience
- University Graduate in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science from a reputed Engineering Institute with 5-10 years of experience.
- Network certification such as CCNA and CCIE.
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of OSI model with emphasis on Layers 2 and 3.
- Thorough knowledge of service provider IP architectures.
- Good knowledge of networking technologies – TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, proxy etc.
- Working knowledge of network capture and analysis tools, with the ability to analyse protocol and application behaviours.
- Working knowledge of highly available ISP network technologies.
