KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in supervising lounge and grill staff.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient service.
- Implement policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints/concerns.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure staff provides excellent service.
Qualifications
- Minimum academic qualification of a First degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
