• We are seeking a skilled Data Administrator to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry..
• As a Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing the data generated during well drilling operations for our oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to well drilling activities.
• Ensure the integrity and security of all data collected on-site.
• Manage databases used for storing drilling-related information. Regularly update and maintain database systems to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to gather relevant data and ensure timely and accurate input into the database.
• Work closely with other departments to address data-related inquiries.
• Conduct regular quality checks on data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce data quality standards and procedures.
• Generate and provide regular and ad-hoc reports as needed by management.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Manage and optimize databases dedicated to storing drilling-related information.
• Implement strategies to enhance database performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with on-site drilling teams to gather and input relevant data into the system.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline data flow and ensure consistency.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Enforce and adhere to industry-specific data quality standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering). Certification in data management or related areas is a plus.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years as a Data Administrator or similar role in the oil and gas industry
• Knowledge of data management and database systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with well drilling operations in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
