KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall HPE partner practice development – incentive programs, channel, pricing, among others.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs, goals, and technical requirements.
- Design end-to-end solutions using HPE technologies and products to address these needs effectively.
- Integrate HPE solutions with existing client systems and infrastructure. Identify potential integration challenges and provide suitable solutions to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Manage the end-to-end solution implementation process, including planning, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Participates as a lead member of solution architecture – performs analysis of functional and business data requirements, designs solutions, and develops scope, plan, and budget. May lead project/ program development team.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to demonstrate the value and capabilities of HPE solutions. Effectively communicate technical concepts and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their long-term business objectives, and identify opportunities for future projects or solution enhancements. Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during solution implementation and post-deployment phases. Collaborate with support teams to resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise.
- Partners with the account team to build the customer relationship at all levels by advocating and presenting technical strategies for customer’s transformation. Reviews account pipeline to prioritize pursuit activities, and moves opportunities to close, ensuring proper utilization of time and resources.
- Tracks industry developments for specific domains by attending conferences and industry events.
- Evaluate current IT architecture policies/standards by reviewing architecture policies/standards and identifying gaps.
- Help in the determination of required IT architecture policies/standards to be created and assist in the development of required IT architecture policies/standards.
- Assist in the creation of IT architecture governance processes and procedures by determining necessary IT architecture governance process and creating necessary IT architecture governance documentation.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree may be preferred.
- Must have expertise in Hewlett Packard Enterprise Storage Hardware, Compute, Server Hardware, Hyperconverged (CS300/HC380), Networking, IaaS (Greenlake), Software, Cloud Software, Support & Maintenance, Implementation Services
- Relevant certifications such as HPE ASE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Accredited Solutions Expert) or HPE ATP (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Accredited Technical Professional) in specific HPE technologies.
- Practical working knowledge of partner special programs, distribution channels and pricing programs
- Business technology leadership and solutioning experience in medium to large complex environments
- Strong experience in designing and implementing IT solutions using HPE technologies and products.
- Proficiency in system architecture, infrastructure design, and integration methodologies.
- Relevant experience as a Security Enterprise Architect working within an organization that employs National Institute of Standards and Technology (“NIST”) as its security framework.
- Relevant experience architecting and implementing cloud security requirements.
- Relevant experience creating and reviewing organizational architecture governance, policies and standards, and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical requirements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization.
- High level collaboration with demonstrated ability working on multiple teams in large or complex environments such as multi time zones and geographies on deadline-driven schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall Cisco partner practice development – incentive programs, channel, pricing, among others.
- Establish and lead a security practice with a focus on Cisco and other leading security solutions providers.
- Lead in the design and architecture of Cisco-based solutions, including network infrastructure, security, and collaboration.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cisco’s product portfolio and stay updated on the latest Cisco products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proactively engage with clients as a trusted advisor to understand security challenges and requirements and identify how they can be addressed by partner solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support in collaboration with sales teams and ensure product and service selection meets customers’ business and technology needs.
- Proactively monitor and assess industry/technology advancements and alliances, looking for ways to leverage existing capabilities and emerging technologies.
- Develop security solution profiles for top accounts and identify key influencers and decision-makers.
- Own and develop relationships with key vendor contacts to stay current on vendor updates and to facilitate account mapping, deal registration, discounting and escalations.
- Conduct security training to build sales team’s security and lead qualification capabilities.
- Work with Molaprise Cybersecurity team to identify opportunities for consulting and hardware/software integration services.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and services.
- Demonstrate industry thought leadership to attract clients and grow Molaprise’s market reputation in security.
- Assist in the development of proposals and statements of work.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (master’s degree is an advantage)
- 10+ years of experience in IT Security and / or Managed Security Services.
- Cisco Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE.
- Practical working knowledge of partner special programs, distribution channels and pricing programs
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco products and services plus proven experience leading Cisco-focused projects and teams
- Experience in a pre- or post-sales capacity in an information security environment is desirable.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with vendors, prospects, clients, account managers and management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones and proactively manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
- High level collaboration with demonstrated ability working on multiple teams in large or complex environments such as multi time zones and geographies on deadline-driven schedules.
- Analytical, problem-solving, strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills
- Marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
