Lace Ventilator
We are seeking an experienced Lace Ventilator to join our team as a Contract Staff.
As a ventilator, you will be responsible for making high quality lace closures, frontals and wigs ensuring they meet the company’s standards.
Job Description
- Hand ventilate hair strands onto lace wig caps.
- Ensure quality and consistency in hair ventilation, following company standards.
- Select and blend hair strands to match specified colors and textures.
- Handle lace materials with care to prevent damage during ventilation.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lace Ventilator, with a strong portfolio of work
- Expertise in lace ventilation techniques and processes
- Ability to create customized lace products according to specifications.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in lace ventilation.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Other things to note:
- Working days are Mondays – Saturdays, 9am – 6pm and you’re only required to work from the office on Thursdays and one other day of the week (total of 2 days). Other days can be remote.
- Store location is at Yaba.
- Pay is N100,000 per month.
