Description 

• The preferred candidate will be responsible for determining food purchases, meals plans and satisfying the catering needs of the pupils and students in the schools.

Qualifications

• HND in Hotel Management, Catering Management or Food & Nutrition.
• Other qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 3 years experience in managing the catering department of a sizeable institution and familiarity with nutritional values of various foods, especially local foods.
• Age: 45 years maximum.
