Job Summary
- Employee Engagement/eXperience
- Build and foster positive relationships across business functions and locations to ensure employees are engaged and informed no matter where they are based.
- Drive a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities to enable employees have an opportunity for dialogue.
- Gather, analyse and present key employee engagement metrics to help support the delivery of key initiatives and prepare reports for key stakeholders in a timely fashion.
- Support Organisation Development & Change/Talent Management teams in a wide range of OD/Talent Management initiatives with the aim to continuously improve TGI Group’s employee experience. This will involve a deeper understanding of the initiatives and help craft, distribute, and support key OD communications across the group
- Conduct annual and bi-annual employee engagement/eXperience surveys that help form key employee engagement activities across the group. Address employees’ issues with speed and accuracy
- Regularly update employees with changes in company policy and advise supervisors on treatment of employee(s) and company policies. Respond to violations of policy and generally assist to resolve conflict in the workplace.
- Handle employee(s) complaints and escalate these complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action when necessary.
- Responsible for managing the third-party labour providers. This is in terms of hire, exit, ensuring pension, insurance, HMO is provided by the vendors. Leave Administration & Employee File Management
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all leave related matters and programs in alignment with policy & procedures.
- Interpret and administer leave programs and policies in line with business requirement.
- Maintain accurate leave records for all employees in the Business.
- Process all requests for the payment of leave allowance and keep records.
- Generate leave report showing leave entitlement, taken and outstanding on a quarterly basis.
- Update Navision Classic/SeamlessHR with all leave requests and file all leave application/approval in the ERP. Time & Attendance Management – HQ
- Run reports from time and attendance system and payroll system daily.
- Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll.
- Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies/irregularities. Responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring employee work schedules, shift update on Virdi T & A application.
- Generate T & A discrepancy report monthly two days after attendance period.
- Generate monthly overtime records for payroll processing.
- Update T & A application with employee leave records to avoid absenteeism.
- Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data.
- Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data

Requirements
Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements
- BSc / HND in Social Science or Management Science
- Minimum of 5 Year Experience in a similar role.
- CIPM, CIPD, SHRM an added advantage
- Working knowledge of manufacturing environment

Requirements
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry.
- 5 to 10 years of working experience and Quality Control Chemist with an Oil Field Chemical manufacturer / service provider company.
- Depth of knowledge and hands of experience in running the various QA / QC test for various production chemicals ( Demulsifier, Scale Inhibitors, Corrosion Inhibitors, Paraffin dispersant, Biocides etc.)
- Hand of experience in operating the equipment used for analysis of OFC finished products and raw material.
- Good presentation and report writing skill.
- Flexible to travel within short notice period.
