Job Summary:
We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as the Operations Lead. The successful candidate will be entrusted with overseeing and elevating the human resources and administrative functions of the organization. This pivotal role involves shaping and implementing HR strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and establishing efficient structures and processes to bolster the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development.
Administration:
- Supervise daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Coordinate office events and team-building activities.
Operational Management:
- Oversee all activities, whilst develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Streamline and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee projects to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with different departments to align project goals with overall business objectives, with a focus on donor engagements
- Implement project management best practices.
Resource Allocation:
- Manage resource allocation to meet project and operational requirements.
- Optimize resource utilization for maximum productivity.
- Identify and address resource gaps.
Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between departments.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and operational updates.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges through open communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience 3 years in a senior HR and Administration role, showcasing strong leadership and management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR and administrative policies, procedures, and programs.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and sustain effective organizational structures and processes.
