Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors or finishes.
• Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or tape.
• Inspect and retouch completed work for quality assurance.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.

Skills & Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / FSLC / NCE / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 – 10 years work experience.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to use various painting tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for long periods of work.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and procedures.

Experience:

• Previous painting experience preferred but not always required.
• On-the-job training may be provided.
