People and Client Services Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training and development needs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness, implementing modern technology and automation where appropriate.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to drive data-driven decisions and strategies for internal improvement.
  • Develop and implement talent development and retention strategies, including career development programs and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and changes in employment laws, advising Management accordingly.
  • Create a bespoke performance management system aligned with the company’s vision, including appraisal systems and performance reviews.
  • Produce reports and insights for Management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies related to HR processes.
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, and service level agreements as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client service strategies that distinguish our company in the marketplace.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and operational excellence
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, market research, and networking.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHRi, SPHRi, CIPM) will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in HR management, including experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Proven track record in client sourcing and prospecting
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and technology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites
